Frequently Asked Questions

What is treatment risk insurance?

Treatment risk insurance provides protection against claims by third parties alleging injury from the treatment provided. A standard Public Liability insurance excludes liability arising from professional risks such as advice, design, specification or treatment. That is why you would need to have a specialist liability policy or separate Professional indemnity insurance to cover your treatment risk
